- 10 kidney herbs and roots
- Ideally after 3 liver-cleanses

- Evening: 3 heaped tablespoons in 500 ml cold water
- Soak overnight
- Next morning: Bring to boil shortly + strain off
- In case you forgot to soak over night:
- Cook the herbs in the morning 5 minutes + strain off
- Drink warm or cold in 6 servings during the day
- Drink unsweetened approx. 1 hour before / after meals
- Duration of the kidney-cure: 3 – 30 days
- Repeat at least after 3 liver-cleanses
